Canva is a must have design app for non-designers like me. It’s extremely user-friendly and provides you with hundreds of images to use for free. I use Canva to create blog images, giveaways, and Keynote presentations. With no time at all you’ll be creating images to power up your brand.
Acuity acts like a superhero receptionist for your practice. Acuity allows business owners to automate appointment scheduling, create online forms, and accept payments all online. It’s highly customizable, HIPAA compliant, affordable and integrates with multiple other business apps like Quickbooks.
Intake Q is a web-based online intake form and scheduling software. It eliminates paperwork by delivering intake forms and questionnaires that patients fill out before their first visit. It is HIPAA compliant, has the ability to send appointment reminders and create detailed patient notes.
WebPT is a web-based physical therapy EMR and documentation software. If you receive insurance payments especially from Medicare, then WebPT is a must. WebPT is intuitive and easy, allowing for a painless transition from paper to the digital documentation. It integrates with Therabill and StriveHub for a total private practice software solution.
